Aqua aerobics

Aqua aerobics is a water exercise aimed at increasing physical fitness, weight loss and toning up. Water resistance increases intensity of the exercises and massages the muscles. This type of exercise protects joints as well as the cardiovascular system. There is also an evident beneficial effect on the motor system. One lesson lasts 55 minutes.

Aqua aerobics lessons may be booked via our reservation system here. The maximum capacity of one lesson is 34 participants. A payment of the individual lessons may be always made 45 minutes before its start at the earliest. The lessons may be paid individually or you can purchase a discounted multiple entry pass. The number of lanes for exercise is determined by a lifeguard based on the number of participants.
