A novelty in the form of a relaxing wellness centre offers a total of 5 saunas, a whirlpool, 2 massage rooms, a relaxation zone etc.

Sauna itself has excellent preventative effect. Regular sauna sessions increase resistance against common infections of the upper respiratory tract, stimulates and fine-tunes nervous and hormonal functions of the organism and helps internal organs through intense sweating to dispose off metabolic waste products at an increased rate. Last but not least, the sauna induces natural physical and psychological balance.

What can you look forward to in the Sauna World? You can relax in its two sections; an indoor and outdoor one. Indoor, the larger area contains a Finnish sauna, aroma sauna, salt sauna, steam cabin, two massage rooms a sauna bar and a relaxation zone. The outdoor section has its own Finnish sauna and at the same time you will be able to relax in a whirlpool or cool down in the near cooling pool.

An integral part of the Sauna World Olšanka are also saunarituals, which take place at new times - always on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
